Shanghai Changzeng Steel established in 2006, Changzeng Steel has developed into a large-scaled enterprise, located in the city of Shanghai, which is the largest artificial harbor in south China.

What is our terms of payment?

30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment by T/T or L/C.
